Early Awareness Phase (Children / Elementary Level)

Building safety foundations early

Home and school safety awareness
Stranger awareness & personal safety
Fire safety basics & emergency response
Hazard recognition through interactive learning (Kahoot etc.)

Goal: Create confident, safety-aware children who understand how to recognize and avoid danger.

Workforce Readiness Phase (Youth / Teens / Young Adults)

Preparing the next generation before entering real-world environments

Introduction to workplace safety (OSHA basics)
Hazard identification in trade and school settings
First Aid / CPR awareness
Safety responsibility and decision-making

Goal: Equip students and young adults with the mindset and knowledge needed to enter jobs, trade schools, or college safely.

Professional & Community Safety Phase (Adults / Workforce)

Strengthening safety culture in the workforce and community

OSHA-authorized training (10/30 Hour)
First Aid / CPR / AED certification
Equipment operation safety (forklift, lifts, etc.)
Emergency preparedness & leadership in safety
Workforce workshops

Goal: Develop skilled professionals who can lead, enforce, and promote safety in workplaces and communities.
